We all have come after crossing an intellectual level of written & interview at UPSC after excelling in our academic career. Instead some of our senior colleague IOFS feel to be super due to superiority complex.

Excellent officer only has capability to judge to excellent junior officer & only those can give outstanding in ACR.

Most of officers do not spend sufficient time during filling up of ACR for juniors. Poor grading to a junior reflects on the senior officer about his lack of capability to develop & nurture juniors.
